Property sales to foreigners up in 2015!

Yep, property sales to foreigners are up, by round about 20% from 2014. 

However, when you see the breakdown, you can see why:

Iraquis - 4,228
Saudis - 2,704
Kuwaitis - 2,130
Russians - 2,036 (wonder how many of them are now on the market!)
British - 1,054

Most popular areas being Istanbul, Antalya and funnily enough Bursa.

Membership of the EU?  Nah, lip service by Ankara to get concessions on Schengen and a load of shoeboxes full of euros to "stem" the tide of refugees and economic migrants pouring over the south eastern borders.

I wonder if they track the number of properties sold by foreigners.  Might see a very different NET result. 

Our Reg could learn a lot about this from 'Call Me Dave' Cameron and his NET immigration will be down on his watch.  What was it he said 'judge me by that figure'.  It was up, not down, and people judged him by voting him in again!! LOL

So you can see Reg that there is much to be learnt from the West ... likehow to win general elections at the first go!!

I didn't think Mr. Corbyn was an MP in Turkey, somewhat difficult for him therefore to nationalise anything of Reg's.
