 ;D  if for arguments sake the current committee do not stand for nomination at the next meeting and nobody wishes to take up any of the positions  what happens next what alternatives are available to us  this is a serious hypothetical question sensible answers only please

I've been advised by my carer to say nothing as it may be construed as sarcasm, bullying, having a dig or just plain taking the p1ss.

We were told 2 / 3 years ago that we would have to have a court appointed manager & pay the going rate to them

You can,under condominium law,have a court appointment but if you can get owners to vote site officials it will save time and money.
