I had problem free return flights with Thomas Cook earlier this month leaving and arriving on time or early both ways.

Always use them and never had a problem with them and long may that continue.

As far as the flights themselves go we had 4 very good ones this year.

Beautiful "new" aircraft with as much room as Jet2, tasty food (albeit aircraft portions and efficient service.

As far as flights go can members explain what the problems with Thomas Cook are.

badger

the flight times are not great but we are used to them now.

Arrive Dalaman 22:15
Arrive Glasgow  02:10 - that doesn't really matter because we would be staying overnight in Glasgow even if we landed at say 11:00. Drove home straight off the flight once - never again - was so tired I could have easily caused a serious accident to some poor person coming the other way :( :( :(

I do apologise, I've been away

1. Rudest staff EVER
2. Most unforgiving check in staff EVER when it comes to being slightly over weight allowance individually but not overall.
3. Worst flight times
4. Kill children or should we go with "breached duty of care"
5. Never STFU for entire flights - 4 hours in the galley slagging each other off when all the passengers just want to sleep (ok so that's a specific one of mine)

Wow, let's all turn up with overweight luggage and ask them to be forgiving.
Come on the rules are clear. There are employees like many other people who are
expected to abide by Company rules when they sign their contact of employment.

I have to travel with grandchildren and take every effort that they behave as best as they can,
but I understand your underlying wish. Children going to Turkey today are more than likely to
return when older when we are long gone. A good set of headphones seems to work.
