Have looked at flights from dalaman /and Antalya there about £300 to £ 350 one way .
Has anybody taken the ferry to rhodes and flown back from there ?

One of my neighbours did last year. They actually stayed over for a couple of nights before they flew back.

Try and email Rachel.booth@tui.com for last minute flights. They have one to Doncaster tomorrow for £71 or Leeds on the 21st for £148. Lots of other airports as well with wildly different prices. I can forward their latest email with availability if you want.

The big problem with flying home from Rhodes is that unreliability of the Fethiye to Rhodes service - I can understand why people might have (need) a couple of days in Rhodes prior to flying to UK.

Nah, just had a quick swatch and they're pretty expensive - that said, it was the return leg that was the killer.  One way with THY is always expensive, going out tomorrow or Tuesday was circa £100, the return on week later was £700!  Maybe play with your dates...?
