« on: September 24, 2018, 18:08:18 PM »
Absolutely devastated to find out that Our friend Stuart Aka Rod Stewart died this afternoon after being taken ill.. We look forward to a few drinks with him and his lovely wife in Benidorm in The a Winter and watching him perform.. One if the nicest men we have ever met.. Generous with his time and generous with his performances for charities in Calis. He is going to be greatly missed.. RIP.

Pete and I are really shocked and saddened to hear of Stuarts sudden death. Our hearts go out to his wife Linda at this sad time. Stuart was a truly generous and very talented man who through his Rod Stewart concerts raised thousands and thousands of lira to purchase hearing implants for deaf Turkish children. Rest in peace Stuart you are a true megastar and it has been a real privilege to have known you x

Just so tragic to comprehend, my husband and I were only saying last night that Stuart could of filled a venue like bacrac beach with one of his shows.
How sad that such a kind and generous man has passed so suddenly.
thoughts to all stuarts family.

It’s really sad that The children who he gave hearing too will never know who was responsible.. He changed family lives... Wonderful man... We used to meet up with him in Benidorm and go to see him performing (for pleasure) in a couple of bars... He remembered H and some of the people in Calis and asked to be remembered to them.. So so sad.. I hope he knew what a difference he made and he pleasure that he gave.. Always ready to stop and chat. He will be missed..
