In my defence re bum butter.. I had a bad fall last week and broke my shoulder...Typing with my left hand and being in a great deal of pain caused me to type the wrong word.. However as it caused some amusement it was worth it.,😊😊

Lucky it wasn’t your bum  ;)

In all seriousness, I hope you are recovering. Genuinely cheered up my day.

After much trial and error i usually buy Icim or Pinar butter and other dairy products.
Both butters sell in cone shaped packets.Icim blue is unsalted the red packet salted.
Milk i buy in pink boxes which is skimmed doesn’t have that boxed milk taste, but fresh milk is now available.
Both companies have webb sites in English which may help.
As for cheese supermarkets will give you samples to try if you ask,or take it out frozen in your hold luggage.

Just remember that it’s not actually legal to take dairy products in toTurkey.

Yep - just what I was going to say - you can get it in Migros and I'm sure many other places.
