Just the normal check in desks. If you go hand baggage only you can go straight through, no need to queue up.

if you have speedy boarding you'll see that one of the check-in desks will be set up for you, so you wouldn't have to queue .

Must admit on Tuesday the priority boarding queue was as long as the routine bag drop queue.

We have speedy boarding but we still spent over an hour queuing to check our luggage in back in June.  It was chaotic with lots of people queuing for different flights, plus the speedy boarding queue also incorporates people who need assistance, plus wheelchair users, so speedy checking in it wasn't.  Had a much better experience last Monday  night though, check in, passport control all quiet,  great.  Apart from the man who, once we started to board, insisted on walking to  the front of the queue, saying he needed special assistance and should board first rather than,  and I quote,  "these bl....y speedy boarders"  charming !
