Easyjet
« on: December 01, 2019, 17:09:29 PM »
My friend's daughter works for E.J, and she informed me last night that DLM flights from Edinburgh next year, maybe changed to Glasgow. E.J have a new plane based in Glasgow now and it seems that most of the customers who fly EDI-DLM, come from the west coast.  Announcment to be made later this month. Watch this space.

Suits me but only IF they reduce their prices.  They have increased prices, like most carriers by excessive amounts.

People previously booked from Edinburgh might not have the means or ability to travel through to Glasgow plus extra costs involved e.g. travel/parking !!

People from Glasgow have been paying almost £20 return on the Citylink service, unless you have a bus pass BUT even if you have a bus pass, you are charged the full fare after midnight until 06.00hrs.

EasyJet flights from Glasgow released now
£365 for us both without luggage for end of September into October
So glad I waited as that's almost half the price from the earlier release from Edinburgh

Well waited Anne  :)

Our dates would work out around £75 each cheaper than the price we paid for the Edinburgh ones so I'm a bit narked about that - although Edinburgh is easier for us.
