It's an odd list - I've been to a number of the airports in the two lists and there's nothing wrong with Kuwait Airport - maybe a little unremarkable but nice enough.Certainly not the 2nd worst airport in the World. Also Bucharest (OTP) and Valetta/Malta - been in far, far worse.

How is the AirHelp Score calculated?

On-Time Performance
We use the on-time performance statistics for every airport to calculate how likely it is that your flight will be on time.

Service Quality
We asked thousands of people from around the world to tell us about customer service, queues and cleanliness at their local airports.

Food and Shops
Via extensive surveys we asked thousands of people to rate airports' eating and shopping options.

Tenerife airport was the last airport I visited.  I am trying desperately hard to remember anything remarkable about it..... but can't  :)

I must have low standards I found Malta ok bit basic but ok don’t mind Manchester terminal 1, I thought Lisbon was basic but in my mind it is only a city airport that has a few international flights and the same with Eindhoven
