Just got our Travel insurance with Staysure at a very good price of £69.99 for the two of us, it is a couples insurance, Annual Multi Trip Comprehensive, and they have got an offer on until the end of this month, where they add an extra 3 months on , so we now have 15 months cover !!  8)

Thanks TOSH TOSH - we have travel insurance with StaySure but I have to tell you it was a sight more than £ 69 due to health conditions and was taken out before the pandemic :(

I think I post elsewhere that the covid cover itself was an extra £42  :( :( :(

I got a quote a couple of days ago from Staysure. Like you Highlander ours way more than £69,  down to age (68 and 71) plus medical conditions. Having said that for 15 months and covid19 cover it wasn't outrageous compared to what we've paid before.

It is a very good price for us because we are in our 50"s and fortunately we have not got any health issues.   :)

Also worth noting that the important feature of travel insurance (or any insurance) is not how competitive it is, but how good it is should you need it. Our good friend Colwyn, previously of these forums but not so well of late, posted some years back about Staysure.

He had pre-existing conditions but nothing that would prevent him holidaying and found Staysure to be the best balance of cover/price. He ended up having total heart failure in Turkey - significant hospitalisation followed by repatriation in a plane with full medical supervision to his home.

Colwyn highly recommends Staysure.

p.s. Hope you are getting better buddy

Thanks to TOSH TOSH's post and comments from you guys, I also purchased StaySure annual multi-trip policy for my 3 kids and me...only cost £93 including Car Hire Excess Waiver!!!

When I paid, StaySure posted a link for 20% off for any referrals...if you need insurance and haven't purchased yet, 20% off may clinch it for you. Just go https://staysure.mention-me.com/m/ol/ua1xy-c95c97eec1.
