trust me Lastminute.com are as bad if not worse. We were going to Budapest 3rd June cancelled 27th May. Not heard a dicky bird since. Sent an email to the CEO as they don't answer the phone, or eply to tweets. They told me they are very busy.

There's several words for people like that!

they are all a pack of sharks take your money and that's it, when it comes to paying it back they keep it as long as possible making interest

Very true.

The good news is they paid the money into our account this evening.

Now to try and get some decent flights for next May.

Gave up waiting due to the lies & poor CS so submitted a Section 75 with my credit card company which is going through the motions now.

Me to. Just awaiting Tesco’s response.
Tescos told me 6 weeks to action the request then 45 days for it to go through the system.

I think the 45 days is the time the credit card company get to dispute the refund. :-\

EasyJet flight refund received with no problems. Got email to say money being repaid and sorry for delay. Money in my bank two days later. Waited about 48 days
