Hello - buying in Calis

Hi,

After 2 very happy holidays in Calis we have decided to take the plunge and have reserved one of the Lemon 7 apartments for completion in October.  We have 3 kids, aged 11, 7 and 4, but with time off work may only get to visit in the summer.  Any tips on buying and equipping our apartment will be greatly appreciated.  

We live in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
