travelling from Fethiye to Marmaris

hi I was wondering if anyone knows how easy it is to travel from Fethiye to Marmaris using public transport and how much it's likely to cost please.

its easy, you get on a bus in Fethiye Otogar and get off in Marmaris a couple of hours later.

Actually, it's more like 3 hours & costs 17tl one way. First bus is 06:30 & then at 1/2 hour intervals until 18:30, then 19:15, 20:00 & 21:30. Same times coming back.

Once in Marmaris otogar there is dolmus into centre for 1 tl.

Yeah, it is a 3 hour journey, but enjoyable. Bus stops at other otogars inc Dalaman, for 15-20 mins or so at a time.

We normally drive by car and stop off at Koycegiz for breakfast by the lake
