Looking for Hotel Near the Mutlu
« on: February 14, 2012, 20:01:38 PM »
Hello

we are looking for a hotel on the sea front from the Bridge up to towards the Bird Paradise and would like to find a map that shows which hotels are actually on the Seafront.

We went to the Mendos last year and want to try the other end

Anyone know of such a map? or recommend anywhere for end of May?

Thanks

Thanks, we have now booked 10 nights at the Delta Hotel, following great reviews on Tripadvisor. It is expensive but sounds great. This will be our 2nd visit to Calis and I cannot wait ... 14 Weeks and counting

Got back from Calis 2 days ago and absolutely loved the Delta, the Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the view Stunning ... not to mention the night we spent in the Roof Top Suite ... Stunning

£75 for the Roof Top Suite? Anywhere else in the Med and you would be talking hundreds!!! sitting in the Jacuzzi sipping wine and watching the view ... BARGAIN

Hi Campervanbob..

did you find the jacuzzi hot ? as we stayed there the 3 nights before you and it was cold !!! we did speak to staff who seemed to think there was not a problem with it... and all down to the weather...

When we first got to the Roof Terrace the water was very warm, which suprised me. But the next morning, following the heavy rain last Thursday Morning, the water was cold and the surface was covered with hundreds of flies. I ran the Cleaning button a few times which sucked the flies into the filter in the corner but not all of them, a gauze net would have been useful.

You could alter the temeperature of the water up to 40C

we did alter the temperature to the hottest 40 c but the temp button just kept flashing indicating it never reached it... the day time temp was ok as it was very warm up on the roof terrace but at 11.30pm at night it was freezing yet last time we had steam coming off the water ( and that was from the water temp  !!  ;D

just interesting what others thoguht of it...
