If you try and get yourselves a shortlist from Calisvilla.co.uk or Holiday lettings, Owners direct etc, we can help you with locations etc (that's the Royal 'we' as I don't know the area that well yet).
You may even be able to find a private villa for that amount.  Transfers for all of you wouldn't be too expensive to book separately and are easy to arrange.

we have a place on sunset i go with my mum or my daughter and grandaughters we walk or take taxis dont find it a problem , all the new places at the back of sunset look really nice but to be honest only been inside the blue/green  ones (think thats what they are called )
plus there are some really nice places to eat down there , guvens ,oban ,and its not really too far to walk , think all the young people will love the surf club

I think the young ones would prefer a place closer to the centre of Calis.  B52, Scarletts etc are more their scene than Surf Cafe.
