Title: Sour Cream

Has anybody had any success with making Sour Cream here in Turkiye as you can't buy it? If so which cream did you use and what did you add - just lemon?

Although its not exactly the same as the bought stuff a teaspoon or two to a carton of cream gives a reasonable substitute.

I make a mock up version using Suzme yoghurt, I add garlic salt and lemon to taste, not tried adding cream or Kaymak yoghurt to it, ummm..must try
