There are many reports on this Forum about "which agent to buy from" but very little about selling.  It seems some agents are happy to sell you a brand new property where they get a whopping payback from the developer but are more reluctant to handle your resale.We recently placed our property on the market but in a couple of months had zilch!  Then a week before going back to the UK we placed it in the hands of EUROPEAN ESTATES and a day later we had a viewing.....they were looking everwhere between Altinkum and Alanya so felt they were unlikely to make a decision.  So we gave European Estates power of Attourney and flew back to England.  In a matter of days we had another viewing, a Turkish Family who like us fell in love with the property and made an immediate offer which we accepted. From this point on European Estates handled everything with 110% professionalism including a small legal snag which was promptly dealt with keeping me fully informed along the way to the point of completion and paying the proceeds into my bank account.
I cannot praise Sue (English) and Bala (Turkish but speaking excellent English though) Most definately worth contacting if you are looking to sell or indeed to buy....they have some nice properties on their books.

Settling in nicely Nichola but so much to do and it seems a bit bare in the house as our stuff has not yet arrived from Turkey. Still excited about going to the supermarkets as we have all the big ones here and are so spoilt for choice ......So much cheaper than Migros too :D Even found a source for Elma Cay (Whittards of Chelsea)
Certainly missing our Mosaic Bahce fix and the wall to wall sunshine.  Oh and Efes does not taste as good when we are not sat by the fountain 8)

Very happy for you Brian, glad to hear you sold. I think you will find residential areas of Fethiye are a little different to Calis though!
