Do you have "remove" with a red cross, top right of message?

Afraid not. Only Quote and Modify.

I am reminded that we removed the delete/remove option following several disappointing incidents on the old forum where members spat their dummy and deleted all their posts one after the other, making many good topics difficult to follow.

Best way is to use report to moderator asking for your post to be removed  - the link is over there, on the right...

Thanks - it was more a "house keeping" matter this time but handy to know for the future.
