Title: Selling Tax

I nderstand that if you sell before you have had your Tapu for 5 years, then you have to pay a large tax on the difference , on your Tapu, between the buy and sell price. ( I know this is now set)
How mch is this tax ?

25% of the difference between the value on tapu you got when you bought, and the value given now.

There is an exempt allowance, was first 7,700 TL I think.

We sold in April and our 5 years is not up until November. I don't know how they collect this money but I didn't pay! And the majority of the money has now been moved from the Turkish Bank to UK.
