Title: TV continuity
Post by: Kevin Sowten on February 22, 2015, 20:05:46 PM
Watching BBC2 tonight on I-player and gave up, kept freezing.
Continued watching the same prog on Filmon with no problem.
I'd have thought the beeb service would have been better ???

The BBC aren't sending it to you :D

They are just making it available for someone else to. Maybe Filmon uses a lower quality (less data) so streams better at lower speeds.

I noticed in Turkey the BBC News channel carried commercial advertising. Is that the reason.?

They should do that in the UK and give us our license fee back.

Have noticed similar problem many times - Scunner's reply makes a lot of sense.

Yeah - the picture quality and sound/vision synch is poorer on Filmon.

Yes and maybe one day KKOB someone will say the same about one of your comments. You just need to be patient that's all.  ;)
