Hello All , Can anyone tell me if Georges Restuarant  has re opened yet just been thinking about topkapi  its the best ever and always our first port of call in Calis.

Not yet, been past today and they are still working on it, have been told various timescales but bit of work to be done yet. Should be lovely when finished, prom looking very different there now.

update. looking really good with brand new canopy up. kitchen all stainless steel with oven for pide etc. outside. heard today that shangai blues are moving in next door in the same hotel. interesting 3 chinese restuarants side by side. dont shoot the messenger!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went on Monday, second place up to now that we have enjoy for an evening meal. Food as good as ever and staff quick and attentive. Love the open kitchen and the Chef Hussein being in full view. Had my usual Chicken Topkapi and it was perfect.  As Phll always says, his default restaurant, where he knows it will always be a good meal. It was also busy although we noted a lot of restaurant including, surprisingly Bella Mamas was half empty
The first place we did enjoy the food was on Sunday and was The Calis Beach Restaurant.
