The Angel Bar was mentioned on another thread,is it worth a visit and how do you get there from Guvans area.

l don't recall the Angel bar but the Nil bar along the prom is run by Angel.
It is near the Delta hotel.

The Angel Bar is on the roundabout, coming from the airport towards Calis, just after you turn off the D400. It's pleasant enough, but I'm not sure it's worth the trip. From Guvens, you take the beach road to Surf Cafe & then take the road that runs inland, Until you reach the roundabout.

One of the best meals we had last year in our two weeks holiday was at the Angel Bar.  Don't know if it was a 'one off' or not but we really enjoyed it.  I suppose if you are staying in Calis then it might be a bit far out.

It's not so much the distance from Calis, I just think there are better views to enjoy whilst having my dinner than a roundabout on a main road  ???
