Hi, now that the state of emergency has been lifted, can anyone tell me if the GiYKiMBiL system is still in place? And if so are Yellali still offering their service? Thanks

That is the short of "Gecici ikamet Yerleri Kimlik Bildirme". Means "ID reporting for temporary residing places"  like hotels, pensions or short term rental properties.
