Hi All
We have not been able to get out this year due the restrictions. Can we pay our council tax online from our Turkish Bank .

We followed the link given by Inspector and managed to pay our house tax on line   :)

Just looked at the on line site to pay new year council tax 2021 but when does the bill/ charge show?  Is it like Uk 1st April ?  Thanks 🤔

Morning, deepdiver2000. I believe they've been on the account for a little while; I paid my 2021 taxes back on the 18th January using the link to the Belediyesi.

Thanks Hornedfrog not sure why but didn't show at start all paid now..Happy days.  Which means when we pop into Fethiye we can spend longer in bars chillin..

good morning, we usually pay our council tax online, i am aware folks have had problems this year, but can anyone tell me if the web address has changed, i cannot get onto the site, www.fethiye.bel.tr then e-belediye at this point i am refused connection any clues?

The council tax payment is nearly the same as last year. They only added a phone number for security reasons where they send a 4-digit number by SMS to enter the correct page. It must be a Turkish phone number.

P.S. : You have to enter your phone number and the security code on the page and then click 'SMS Gönder' .

Back on topic...... Council Tax.

I had access to a Turkish mobile number so I tried to do this online - it worked fine, BUT, as my tax is in 2 names, I have to pay twice, and it wont let you use the same mobile number for another tax number  :(

So, its a trip to the tax office to pay the other half next week.
