Title: Help with applying for residency

Hi I am back. I have not posted for a long while, but would be grateful if anyone can help me. I am now retired and would like to spend more time at my villa in Calis. I would need a residency permit. Can anyone recommend  someone ro help me with this. And also how do over    and also how much is health care for over 65s?

Best person is Mustafa Arikok (Inspector on this site). Health insurance is not a pre-requisite for a residency visa for over 65's
