Well I cooked it as per Amanda's way but fish was a bit soggy so not sure if it had too much milk in tray or cooked it to long.It was in for about 25 minutes.Got to say I could not tell the difference in taste to a bit of cod cooked at  the same time.It was cooked as an experiment to see if I would like eating whiting when I come to live in Turkey as cod is the only white fish I eat.I could not believe the difference in price.Whiting £1.60lb, cod £4.30lb in Morrisons.

I cook white fish in a pan on ceramic hob.  Milk and a bit butter and black pepper.   Roll fish like a swiss roll.
