haha Alan, Im not sure! But I do know that Mezgit is haddock... looks as though theres a few typos in there, not surprising really given the speed the lady put it together

Does it taste like cream. (my question mark doesn't work) If it is thick it would be a good substitute for double cream which I can't find anywhere.
