This is Turkey, it is either on or off, works or it don't, just be thankful that it is on and works.   ;)

There is no such thing as FAST internet/WiFi in Turkey.  As Loz said, its either on or off.  Be thankful if it is on.  I know all the techies will say that the internet should never be 'off', tell that to TTNet!
