Went to TEB today to confirm.  TEB closes at 12:30pm on Monday 14th September and reopens on Monday 21st September.  I'm rtold that the ATMs will be filled but mine and others experience is that cash in the bank on Monday and in the ATMs will be at a low or not available level, so make sure you've acceess to a safe and secure source of cash if you are going to possibly run out.
