Looking for a long term let
« on: November 18, 2013, 18:54:49 PM »
Hi, this is rather premature, but someone may know of a place that will be coming up for rent after the summer of 2014  . . . .  told you its premature lol.
Basically we are just wondering if you can all keep eyes and ears open for anything that will be becoming available late 2014. We will keep an open mind, but need a minimum 2 beds, in either Fethiye or Calis, good views pretty important, but willing to check anything out.  I have joined the usual Facebook  property groups, so hopefully we will find something with a little help from our cyber friends. Thanks a lot. Sue and Tony xx

Hi we have a 3 bed house in a calis behind the serial 2 hotel that will be available from 1st November 2014 to the end of may 2015. We have it fully furnished with 2 shower/toilets and air con in all bedrooms. We have sat tv as well. 2 bedrooms have balconies and there are ground floor verandah to the front and rear. There is a no dog policy on our site. There are very nice communal gardens to the 18 house complex. We are based in West Sussex  England. Rent would be £425:00 plus all bills. If interested call Steve on 07956 283 269.

Hi Treacle6. Sounds nice.
Is the rent you mentioned weekly or monthly(bearing in mind it's winter) & what other bills are there and how would they be paid?

It is in a nice area, but at current exchange rates that's over 1500 TL, I assume per month, plus bills, for a winter rental it sounds a bit steep to me.

It's a shame you weren't aware that temperatures in winter are low slikmrs, and furthermore that when temperatures are low, the place not to be is half way up a mountain!!!  ;)
