Not all echo girl but it will be soon. We flew back Monday and had recliners but the legroom on the plane was the best I've ever seen.

Sorry to be a pooper but if you fly long haul you should expect people to recline when the food is not being served. That's why they have recliners. No way would I fly to Oz and expect nobody to recline their seat. However last time we went Cathay and their shell seats don't really recline but sort of slide forward and down instead. It means the back stays rigid and nobody gets hurt ;-)

Not as comfy but less aggro.

Monarch are rolling these out on short haul. We had the going out and they were comfy and gave great leg room.

Easyjet seem to be following suit. We came back from the UK last month and it was a new plane with the thinner non reclining seats. Plenty of legroom and very comfortable.
