Maintenance costs

Just wondering how much people generally are charged for complex maintenance each year? I.e. on a shared site of apartments/Vilas.

Hi, it depends on your level of service. Do you have 24hr security, pool etc

No security, just pool. I just wondered how much other people are paying to see if mine is comparable. Thanks

We have 24hr security/Gardner on our complex so it wouldn’t be comparable with yours. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.

We are pool, outdoor lighting, small section of garden and stairwell cleaning in the two blocks about 1900 TL.

Wow 1900 tl a year is good. I am paying 5,500tl for a pool and some gardening, only 4 apartments in complex though
