Hi,
we are coming over on the 3oth for a week and will be visiting Uzumlu on the Frid the 3rd for a wander round, so if you see a 6 ft 4 big man and little woman looking lost it will be us to :) 8) . Is it warm enough for shorts? or do we need to still wrap up. any advice will be appreciated x

How much will a bottle of Efes be ?
-
2.5 mushrooms this week.
-
Still a bit cool in the evenings but due to warm up next week after three days of rain which we can hear outside now :-(
-
And it's still raining this morning!
Looks like I won't be cutting the grass this week then ;)
-
Looks like the rain is back for a further 3-4 days and then the days are lovely and sunny. Perfect for your arrival, so I think you may be safe with the wearing of shorts. Mind you if you are going up to Uzumlu - the Land of the Midnight Sun - the sun shines there for 23 out of 24 hours a day anyway.

The sun always shines on the righteous UBT.

Nice to see you back Ian, have missed some of your witty comments and all round knowledge. See you and Gill in June x

And you too Sheila - contrary to the wise old sages at accuweather today has been quite a nice day in the middle of our 3 days of continuous rain so Stuart and Anne have delayed launching the Ark today and it is stilled moored up in the newly grouted, pristine pool with soft glow blue mood lighting ;)

STILL raining, seriously fed up with it now. Off to the UK tomorrow for a few days of sunshine!
On the days when it's not raining it's been warm enough for t shirts but still wearing jeans and not warm enough for the flip flops yet.
But there again we get acclimatised, have seen a few hardy tourists arriving wearing holiday clothes, rather them than me.
Definitely need a warm coat in the evenings.
