Öslem Pilates Zumba Fethiye is now running pilates classes in Ovacik, upstairs in Friar Tucks. The 50 minutes classes are held twice weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10am. Several of us have been doing pilates with Oslem since February and can highly recommend both her and her classes. If you are looking to improve your fitness and tone up ... pilates works and is also fun!
Anybody wanting to join will need to bring a mat with them and purchase a small pilates ball and exercise bands. Oslem can get all of these for anybody that wants them ...
