I have a mate who is looking to go to Calis or Oludeniz in September. As I never stay in any hotels in Turkey I wonder if anyone can help me recommend a nice one in either spot. They have a budget of £500 pp for the hotel and would like something not too far from restaurants and bars.
Help :)
Thanks

That's a decent budget for three nights stoop ;)
-
OK - it's for 1 week :)
-
.. and that's just for the hotel - not flights or transfers or Highlander's Efes!

Don't know how many will be booked up stoop but I would try the Nevadu (Su)

Blue star is lovely. Think its about 35 a night with breakfast. Very chilled n laid back.

The Nevada, the Oykun, The Tugay, The Harman, The Pelln, The Mutlu and the Delta (no pool at the Delta)

I'd say Oykun, Mutlu and Delta in Calis would be my top 3 and all should come in under budget. Delta is the best quality but as Jacqui says, no pool.

Cheers - that will give him something to look at.

Hi Stoopo :) Don't know about Olu, never stayed there but in Calis the ClubE would get my vote :) Close to everything, very clean, good food & well priced drinks ;), nice pool & gardens, a little oasis :) I found the Oykun a little noisy last time I popped in, it was a bit like Sunday night at a RBL club.... although I had pleasant enough stays there in the past :)

We have loved the Nevada Su this year for all their facilities, nice pool, fab Turkish bath best one I have ever had and a nice friendly female doing it... Had breakfast there and was really good, in fact the nicest cheese omelette I have ever eaten, I don't think they do lunch in the restaurant just evening meal but there is a snack bar at the pool which was reasonably priced and food was fine from it :)

Thanks :)

FYI
Thomas Cook has just sent me a mail advertising 3 & 4 star, AL for under 250 per week, for this year.
