Ocean beach club apartments

Hello everyone we are Jinan and Deb, we are about to book the Ocean Beach Club Apartments. We are wondering if anyone is aware if there is any construction work going on nearby? We are coming to Calis Beach 20th-27th july. The complex looks lovely, near the beach etc but it is new, could anyone enlighten us.
