Are these t-shirts merely a "good" example of football banter or is there somthing more sinister behind it.

When Brazil scored my friend cheered and jumped up so loudly - I couldn't belive someone British would do that!!

My friend played for Scotland in the 1978 World Cup!

Ps H - is that one of those nervous - I hope none of my mates see me in this smiles ;)

Anyway, after such a rousing effort after the two previous disasters she refused to pay up, telling me people should get behind their country rather than try to profit from their demise.

I think she had no intention of paying anyway.
