Done sharm 3 times now, February being the most recent. Stayed at 2 amazing hotels , Rixos 2012 and hilton waterfalls 2013 and one ok - Rehana Sharm, this year. Nabq bay is 15 mins from airport but not much there. Nama bay is bonkers, but it's good to go in a couple of times to visit. Imagine fethiye 20 years ago- on speed ! Fabulous to have a winter sunshine break. Wouldn't fancy it in our summer though, burning hot and lots of flies. It's purpose built for tourists and it's based around AI hotels, so the better the hotel the better the experience. IMHO. As an indication we have decided on canaries for next feb !
