Sounds wonderful but the Turks won’t lose so their prices fluctuate with the exchange rate.

The Turks certainly will lose massively from a weak lira - not sure how you worked that one out.

I agree MrT but the word on the Sokak is that the Turkish government is heading towards devaluing the TL, which will accelerate massively the trend seen recently and close countless Turkish businesses forever.

As it stands let’s be clear - the Turkish lira has lost nearly 5% just this week, and a full third of its value in the last year.

So glad we got our money out. It would have lost us £17,000 more in exchange.
