There's a shop that sells party (balloons, hats, etc) stuff near the fish market that sells Roman candle type fireworks that wernt to expensive, also tiaras for 4TL (wedding party this Saturday ),  if you go past the fish market with the sea & fish market on your right shop is just across the next junction on the left.

Fountain type fireworks used at lots of restaurants and wedding locations, so maybe ask the restaurant you are going to? I don't think you can just buy and use yourself in a villa etc.
