Title: Holby City
Post by: Highlander on December 06, 2017, 19:50:48 PM
Can someone tell me what the much heralded and oft shown trailer for the heart stopping two parter of Holby City have to be with what happened at the end of the first episode.

My difficulty is that the trailer portrayed something different from what happened in the programme. :(

Haha, I'd forgotten about that, thanks KKOB!
I actually quite like Holby usually, but last night I was completely lost and, like Highlander couldn't relate what I was watching the the 'exciting' trailers I'd seen.  Hopefully all will be revealed tomorrow!

It seemed that last nights episode was filmed in a different way to previous episodes. Different production team possibly.

I will be astonished if the scene from the trailer where a nurse is seen running away and Jac follows him appearing to be uninjured from a gun shot.

So when does she get shot.

Think you're probably right KKOB, it appeared to be shot completely different to normal. Can't say it was an improvement.

That description is extreme flattery these days.

In case you're interested, there is a CBF link to this storyline!

Sian is an actress and is in the next episode. It's under non-disclosure at the moment so can't say any more than that!!!

Wish I could but Sian is pushing for a full role in Holby in the future and would be instantly blacklisted should she reveal anything before it's aired!

Still, only got to wait until this evening to find out...

Bit over the top from Joe McFadden to get killed off so he'd get the sympathy vote on Strictly.

Fact remains the scene in the trailer did not appear in either episode.

Ah well hey-ho.  :)

Ok, it wasn't bad and I wasn't expecting him to be the gunman, but hardly 'exciting'. Ah well back to normal next week    :)

She was one of the armed coppers! Here's a photo on set.

Not been allowed to post this until today so CBF are the first to see it publicly!
