Perhaps the lovely couple could look at their association's free section on CBF so people who want to donate do not have to go to so much trouble to contact them??

I have already been in touch with Animal Aid regarding this matter.  There have been changes in admin with significant people stepping down because they are planning to relocate and it is possible that the new admin members do not belong to this forum, hence the lack information on the AA page.  Suffice to say the matter is being addressed.
