« on: May 31, 2017, 11:44:57 AM »
When here on Monday food first time this season.
One had spaghetti bowl ok but stone cold.t

Two had beef stroganof which used to be delicious.
Meat very very tough, potatoes not the old spun potato like a bird's nest.cold. Taste ok but very dry no sause
Ihad kebabs so tough I hardly touched it. Quality of all meat very poor.

Loosely new waiter who was very embarrassed when we complained.
He told chief. When Bill came we were pleased to see he had knocked of 25 to.
But won't go again unless we hear it has really has improved. Such a shame a spoilt night for our friends last nigh

So sad when you plan and look forward to your first meal on holiday. Never mind, it can only get better, and it will  :D

Thank you for your input. We take your comment seriously. From now on, we will be serving on hot plates to prevent the food from cooling down. We have also changed our meat supplier. We hope that you give us the opportunity to serve you again. Thank you.

Sorry to be so negative but it really was not up to standard. We have been regulars when out for last 3_4 years. We will give it a couple of weeks and try again.believe you have new chief ed so maybe teething problems but he needs up his game. By the way new waiter was lovely.
