Hi there, 

            interested in a 3+ 1 Villa with pool in Çalış area for long term rental, was thinking of 3+ years, from January 2021... anyone interested or know of any available ?

I haven't but, I know of a number of areas where they might be properties for long-term rental. And before anyone considers moving to Turkey permanently, they must have a budget in mind.
