Deleteing a name off a Tapu

I need to change my Tapu to just my  name,  I have had 2 quotes one is for 10,000TL and the other is 24,500TL.
Can anyone give me an idea as to which one is nearest to a sensible quote?

It is a percentage of the value as shown on the tapu. Not sure what the percentage is though.

First thought is that both are on the high side.  However, given your situation there may be issues over the transfer that I've never had to deal with in Fethiye. 

Are any of those quotes from a solicitor?

the large amount is from a lawyer recommended on this forum.
The lower amount is from another lawyer through a second party. 
I haven't spoken to  the lower amount lawyer yet.

Is the name that you are referring to from your recently deceased wife?
If so, it's not a matter of "deleting" a name.
Her share of the house has to go to her heirs.
Did she have any children?

Yes, Dutchie we do have children but all that is included in the price.  All I have to do is sit back and wait for maximum of 1 month.
The expensive one appears to have it all covered and I have a feeling of confidence in this one so this is the one I have chosen. 
It's like anything else. You get what you pay for, buy cheap, expect cheap.
There just seemed to be one huge difference in price that made me wonder.
