I can't be bothered and I'd probably upset some sensitive souls.

You don't usually let that stop you. Have you been on the christmas spirit ?

Yes.

Quite a bizarre topic , from Jacqiui's Kitchen to Perterhead Gas Powered Power Station... I think I will bury my head in the sand on this occasion , after all , not much we can do about it, unfortunately.

The point simply was that running out of gas doesn't simply mean you...erm...run out of gas :D

Yes Peterhead Power Station is powered by Gas, but we are talking about Turkey and our house there.  Incidentally, even though Peterhead is powered by gas, we in our home in Aberdeenshire are not powered by gas even though we are only a few minutes away from Boddam (where the Power Station is) . We live in the country, so no gas pipes to supply us.

Erm

They don't supply gas, they need gas to power the production of electricity.

Therefore my point is made once more...

No gas = no electricity.

Yes, but who said they will not have gas to supply electricity at Peterhead? I don't think Russia is cutting off the Gas to Boddam Power Station, which I believe comes partly from the North Sea courtesy of B.P.
I have no idea how the Power Stations in Turkey and particularly in the Fethiye area are powered?  Perhaps it is coal?  I would image that it would be better if they were.  I am sure someone will get onto Google now and let us know.

I will try just once more and then I will admit defeat

RUNNING OUT OF GAS WILL NOT ONLY AFFECT PEOPLE WHO USE GAS IN THEIR HOMES
