I used to use (until yesterday) 'Cheapest calls' 08443206060 before dialling a Turkish mobile for 2p per minute calls. This is no longer 2p.
I have tried a few others off t'internet that advertise cheap but once connected they say they are 7 or 8p.
Does anyone have a reliable cheap no to use?

I've just found ratebusters.co.uk - they charge 3ppm from UK landline to Turkish mobile

We have Turkcel and i have just loaded up for 9tl 1HR of talk to uk landline and mobile.
In text message write AVRUPA 1 SAAT send this to 2222 Turkcel will deduct 9tl from your balance. To check the remaing mins from the 60mins *123*42# to xheck tl balance *123#

I found BEST MINUTES at 2.5p/min UK landline to Turkish Mobile O8443206060 ....then listen to message etc.

thats brilliant loz, big difference to vodafone charging £1.68 per minute to fone uk, just one question when your 9 lira is used for 60 mins do you have to go through the text sequence again or as you have signed up do they contact you to add another 9 lira.

My experience has been that every time you top-up you are contacted by text to take advantage of this and other offers that may be available. You then need to reply to the text to implement the offer.

Old phone old contract i am sure to get the nezt 60 mins hust go thru the process again.

Below is an example of one of the offers. Message received today:
Her yone rahatca konusmak ister misiniz? Sadece 8tl ye 1 ay boyunca her yone 80 dakika konusmak icin EVET yazip cevaplayin.
I understand this to mean that if I give 8 tl from my existing credit I am able to telephone any network for a period of one month providing I do not speak for more than 80 minutes.
Hopefully someone will correct me if wrong.
