Internet connection

We have recently moved house and wanted to move our internet from our old house but of course not that simple.  We have now been without the internet for 7 weeks.  We have been numerous times down to Turk Telecom and spoke to Mustafa in the technical department, he told us that we need 300 metres of cable and they have no cable so therefore we will have to wait, we asked how long he shrugs his shoulders.  We then made a complaint to customer services, same again, problem no cable, shrug of shoulders.  We have froze our account because we are not receiving the service but it is so frustrating, does anyone know what we can do.  We have no TV and are sick of watching DVDs, a lady also on the same topic  (the one below this one, bloody ttnet) had been told she needed 150 metres of cable until she ordered D Smart and ttnet were up next day and connected her immediately and no mention of the 150 metres of cable.  Please can you tell me what D Smart is, we have a MAG 250 box at the moment but would it be worth our while ordering D Smart just to get our internet back on.
