For all you daring people out there who want to do something different during the Christmas period, the Carnival Committee are inviting you to join them and take part in a sponsored "Big Splash" in the sea on Boxing Day
. We hope that the plucky participants will wear fancy dress for the event - the wackier the better! (although this is optional).
"Splashers" and spectators should meet outside Cafe Soul Restaurant on Calis Seafront from 12.00 noon for the "Big Splash" which will take place at 1.00 pm. The "Splash" will be followed by hot soup, mulled wine, mince pies and a BBQ in Cafe Soul.
