A tom cat which had been abandoned near to our house had been spraying and attacking the local cats for a while has been finally caught thanks to Animal Aid.
They supplied the trap in orderto catch him and we were delighted when we caught the cat, only for it to escape (which I am told has never happened before!). When we finally caught it today, Animal Aid kindly took him to be neutered as we don't have transport.
I am so grateful for their help and am happy to donate towards the costs involved. The cat's fur has been trimmed as he was in a sorry state and we even discovered that he's deaf. When he comes back to our street, we will now be happy to feed him as he won't be a pest anymore.
Thank you Animal Aid from the many residents of our street who have been fed up with his spraying and attacking the other local cats. After he comes back tomorrow he will start to calm down and I will return to the beautiful cat he was when we first saw him.
